Upcoming Meetings
The meeting agendas will be posted online by the Friday prior to a PTA meeting. Each month's meeting
minutes will be available at the following PTA meeting. Meeting dates are subject to change with
appropriate notice to the membership.

- Executive Board meets from 5:45pm to 6:45pm
- General meeting is from 7:00pm to 8:00pm

- Treasurer’s Report
- Standing Committee Reports
- Nominations for 2010/2011 PTA Board
- Teacher appreciation
- Provide supplies grant to school for $50 per teacher (25 teachers total). Be sure the 25
includes library, media, music, P.E., Art, Special Ed. – if not increase as needed.
- Landscape for Lichen
- Provide grant to school $500 for Lichen Live Learning Lab
- Balance of funds grant to school for quad landscaping
- Zero out fund and close account
- Dance grant from Mrs. Bennett-Michaels
- Fundraising and Events:
- T-shirt sales – need volunteer to run
- Spring See’s - cancelled
- Principal Time
- Teacher Time
- Site Council / SPAC Report
- Webmaster Report
- Website design will be revised and minimized.
- Message placed to indicate need for support for next school year.
- Open Forum
